HG Joined International Reconstruction Dialogue for Future Food Industry Development in Ukraine

HG participated in a high-level roundtable on post-war reconstruction and food industry recovery in Ukraine, joining diplomats, government officials, and industry leaders in a forward-looking dialogue on sustainable food system development.

INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION
The roundtable, co-organized by the Chinese Embassy in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, brought together more than a dozen leading enterprises from the food processing and agri-tech sectors. Discussions centered on viable pathways for rebuilding Ukraine's food industry infrastructure, with a particular focus on modernizing supply chains and restoring local production capacity in the post-conflict period.

HG's delegation engaged actively in working sessions with representatives from the Ukrainian Ministry of Economy, presenting the company's experience in food processing automation and its vision for supporting economic recovery through technology transfer and industrial partnership.

CHILDREN'S FOOD SECURITY & HUMANITARIAN COMMITMENT
In a demonstration of its commitment to the well-being of Ukrainian families, HG made a charitable donation to the Ukrainian Children's Fund during the visit. The contribution reflects HG's belief that children's nutrition and food security are foundational to any meaningful reconstruction effort, and that the private sector has a meaningful role to play in supporting civilian recovery alongside government-led initiatives.

AGRICULTURAL SECTOR EXCHANGE
HG's participation extended beyond the roundtable. The delegation also attended a series of workshops hosted by Ukraine's agricultural sector, including a public address by the Minister of Agriculture, where discussions focused on rebuilding grain processing capacity, strengthening rural food supply chains, and attracting international investment in agri-industrial modernization.

These exchanges reinforced HG's understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities present in Ukraine's agricultural recovery, and opened the door to deeper collaboration with local authorities and industry stakeholders.
