Swiss Roll and Layer Cake Production Line Introduction
The Swiss roll and layer cake production line is designed for continuous processing of sheet-style cakes that require rolling or multi-layer stacking. Sheet Cake Baking and Handling Process
In this production line, cake batter is evenly deposited onto a moving steel belt and baked into a continuous cake sheet. This approach allows stable heat transfer and consistent baking results across the entire width of the cake, supporting uniform softness and color.
After baking, the cake sheet is treated with surface oil spraying and automatic turning to prepare it for subsequent cutting and layering operations.
Layering, Cream Application, and Rolling Logic
The baked cake sheet is cut longitudinally into parallel strips, and cream is applied along each strip with controlled thickness. The strips are then sequentially turned and pressed to form layered structures, which can be further processed into rolls or stacked cakes.
