Yumi Executive Leadership Team

With 20 years of management and manufacturing experience in the food machinery industry, Yumi leads HG’s global strategic planning and international operations. She is responsible for formulating and executing worldwide business development strategies, with key focus areas including global cost control and financial planning, high-end customized intelligent manufacturing systems, digital platform development and operation, international team building and management, and end-to-end optimization of global project delivery and customer service networks—providing systematic support for the company’s sustainable growth and industry leadership.

Yumi holds an EMBA and a DBA from the University of Information Technology and Management in Rzeszow, Poland, along with a U.S.-certified advanced project management qualification. As a core member of several international business associations, she remains actively engaged in global industry exchanges and collaborative initiatives.

Xiao Long Jiang Executive Leadership Team

With over 30 years of in-depth management and manufacturing experience in the food machinery sector, Xiao Long Jiang oversees the strategic planning and daily operations of HG’s production bases. He directs the entire process from engineering design to equipment manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and stability across the production system while continuously optimizing manufacturing processes and capacity.

Jian Jiang Executive Leadership Team

Jian Jiang brings 20 years of management experience in the food machinery industry. He assists the CEO in coordinating HG’s overall operations and project orchestration, ensuring the effective implementation of corporate strategy across all business functions.

Guo Rong Wang Manufacturing Expert Team

With over 20 years of experience in the food machinery industry, Guo Rong Wang has held several key roles at HG, including critical component supply chain management and leadership in full-line equipment engineering design and R&D. Proficient in industry standards and manufacturing norms, he specializes in delivering customized engineering solutions that ensure forward-looking, compliant, and high-quality output.

Wei Dong Yu Manufacturing Expert Team

Boasting more than 20 years in the food machinery field, Wei Dong Yu leads end-to-end manufacturing management, covering production planning, standardized operations, process innovation, and efficiency improvement to ensure consistent product quality and optimized capacity. He also focuses on developing and optimizing commercial baking and snack production processes for clients and supports the installation and commissioning of production lines worldwide.

Bai Hua Li Manufacturing Expert Team

With over two decades of industry experience, Bai Hua Li jointly oversees the strategic implementation and technological innovation of the manufacturing system. He focuses on production process optimization and manufacturing quality control to ensure equipment reliability. Experienced in customer production line planning and commercial baking product development, he helps clients achieve both capacity and quality upgrades.

Yun Hai Yang has more than 20 years of experience in food machinery and specializes in the design, installation, commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance of electrical systems for food equipment. He ensures stable, safe, and reliable operation of electrical components, providing critical technical support for efficient and automated production line performance.

Rui Ming Yu Science & Innovation Center

With over 30 years of process design experience, Rui Ming Yu leads the engineering R&D and innovative design of all HG series equipment. He establishes and enforces high-standard design protocols to ensure every unit meets both cutting-edge industry standards and clients' custom performance requirements, maintaining the company’s technological leadership.

Shi Zhong Gu Science & Innovation Center

With over 30 years of experience in process design, he forms one of the company's dual technical pillars alongside Rui Ming Yu. He leads the mechanical design, precision drafting, and performance validation for the complete HG series of equipment. Guided by the core principle of "peak performance + reliable durability" in R&D, he translates process blueprints into mature, stable, and mass-production-ready machines. His robust technical expertise ensures the HG series maintains its industry-leading position, helping clients worldwide significantly enhance production efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ying Fei Science & Innovation Center

Ying Fei brings more than 20 years of process design expertise to the team. She is responsible for translating product technical requirements and manufacturing processes into precise, standardized engineering drawings, providing core technical support for equipment manufacturing, assembly, and production execution. Through meticulous design and process optimization, she ensures enhanced process feasibility, production efficiency, and overall product quality.

Jin Xiang Jiang HG Founder

Jin Xiang Jiang is a pioneer, entrepreneur, and philanthropist who dedicated his career to advancing the food machinery industry. With over half a century of experience, he has been committed to driving innovation and progress in the sector.In 1975, he acquired a state-owned enterprise and founded HG with the vision of industrializing and modernizing China's food production through specialized machinery. He pioneered the development of industrial lollipop manufacturing equipment in China and later expanded the company's expertise to designing and producing complete production lines for a wide range of products, including potato chips, cakes, and biscuits—filling critical gaps in the domestic market.

As the visionary leader of the company, he oversaw strategic operations across core areas such as R&D, product design, manufacturing, and talent development. Guided by a philosophy of openness and knowledge-sharing, he generously contributed core technologies to the industry, mentoring numerous experts and entrepreneurs and supporting the advancement of the field as a whole.
