Africa BAKERY Expo Kenya 2026

HG was pleased to take part in the Africa BAKERY Expo Kenya 2026, held from July 15 to 17 at the Sarit Expo Centre in Nairobi. The event marked another meaningful opportunity for us to connect with the African bakery and food processing industry.

Founded in 1975, HG has grown into a global manufacturer of automatic food production lines, with over 3,000 successful installations delivered across more than 100 countries. Over the decades, we have built our reputation on engineering reliability, technical innovation, and a deep understanding of what food producers need to grow sustainably — from small workshops to large-scale industrial operations.

During the three-day exhibition, our team had the opportunity to meet with bakery owners, food industry professionals, and equipment buyers from across Kenya and the wider East African region. Africa's bakery sector continues to expand rapidly, driven by rising consumer demand and growing investment in local food manufacturing, and the expo provided valuable insight into the needs and priorities of businesses across the region.

At our booth, visitors were able to learn more about HG's turnkey factory solutions — from initial planning and equipment design to installation, commissioning, and long-term technical support. Rather than simply supplying machinery, we focus on working closely with our clients to understand their production goals and design complete, integrated systems tailored to their specific needs. This end-to-end approach has helped us build lasting partnerships with customers around the world, many of whom continue to work with us as their businesses grow.

We were glad to engage in productive conversations with attendees throughout the show, discussing automation solutions for bakery production and sharing insights from our global project experience.
