Biscuit production line, as the name suggests, is a complete biscuit assembly line under the action of a series of biscuit machinery. It consists of a biscuit forming machine, a tunnel-type hot air circulation electric oven, an oil filling machine, a dough turning machine, a cooling line, a biscuit finishing machine, a biscuit sandwich machine, a packaging table, etc.
The automatic production line of biscuit adopts stepless speed regulation control, which has a high degree of automation and stable quality. Special maintenance can be divided into seasonal maintenance and out-of-service maintenance.
The daily maintenance of the automatic biscuit production line mainly focuses on cleaning, lubrication, inspection and tightening. Routine maintenance should be performed as required during and after machine operation.
1. The first-level maintenance work is carried out on the basis of daily maintenance.
The key tasks of an automatic biscuit production line are the lubrication, tightening and inspection of all relevant parts and their cleaning.
2. The secondary maintenance work focuses on inspection and adjustment.
Specifically, check the engine, clutch, transmission, transmission components, steering and braking components.
3. The three-level maintenance focuses on detection, adjustment, elimination of hidden dangers, and balance of wear and tear of various components.
Diagnostic tests and condition checks are required for components that affect equipment performance and those that show signs of failure, followed by necessary replacement, adjustment, and troubleshooting.
Seasonal maintenance refers to the annual inspection and maintenance of the power system, conveying system, air compression system, control system and other components of packaging machinery and equipment before summer and winter.
Deactivation of maintenance means that when packaging machinery and equipment need to be deactivated for a period of time due to seasonal factors, cleaning, cosmetic surgery, matching, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and other work should be done.
No matter how good the performance of mechanical equipment is, regular maintenance is required for a long time in order to run production better and operate the equipment more conveniently.
