Automatic Dividing & Proofing: Dough is transported via a vacuum suction device to a CNC dividing machine, which cuts it into standard portions with uniform precision. Mechanical arms then transfer the dough to a multi-layer rotating proofing chamber.
Fully Automated Shaping & Frying Line
Versatile Molding Dies: The line features interchangeable mold sets supporting over 10 classic shapes (round, heart-shaped, ring-shaped, etc.). High-frequency vibration molding technology produces hundreds of smooth-surfaced, uniformly thick donut blanks per minute.
Smart Frying System: The double-layer mesh belt fryer uses German imported heat-conducting oil for heating. Donut blanks move steadily through the frying zone on the mesh belt, with an automatic flipping mechanism ensuring even browning on both sides.
