Visit to Sirui: Smart Production Line Wins High Recognition​

Subsequently, the delegation went to Sirui Factory, our affiliated biscuit production base, to focus on inspecting the fully automatic biscuit production line. This production line realizes the whole-process automatic control from raw material processing to finished product packaging, and its efficient, precise, and environmentally friendly characteristics have won unanimous praise from the delegation.​

In the production workshop, the efficient production scene of "hundreds of biscuits per minute" is impressive: after precise proportioning, the flour is automatically mixed, calendered, and shaped through multiple sets of inclined rollers, and then baked in a tunnel oven with sectionally controlled temperature, realizing stable mass production without manual intervention throughout the process. The AI visual inspection system equipped on the production line can real-time monitor the color, shape, and thickness of biscuits to ensure the consistency of each product's quality; the magnetic quick-change mold design allows switching between different product types in only 3 minutes, fully meeting the needs of flexible production. In addition, the energy-saving components and waste gas treatment system adopted by the production line have achieved a 40% reduction in energy consumption and zero emission of waste, perfectly complying with the concept of sustainable development.​

The engineering team of Pionir Group carefully inquired about the technical parameters, production efficiency, and food safety assurance system of the equipment, and highly praised the intelligent control, flexible manufacturing capacity, and strict quality traceability system of the production line. The CEO stated that the fully automatic production line of Sirui Factory has strong competitiveness in the European market, and he looks forward to introducing high-quality "Made in China" products to Europe through cooperation in the future.​
